Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes



  • 6 large potatoes, 1 onion, 8 slice of uncooked, diced bacon, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese,
  • 1 10oz can of cream of chicken or celery soup,
  • 10 oz of milk.


How to Make It

  • Peel and slice potatoes, dice onion. Layer potatoes, onions, cheese, bacon in this order.
  • Mix milk with can of cream of soup, poor over top.
  • Cook on low 8 -10 hrs.
