Cucumber Salad






  • 1 med. cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small white or red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 med. tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 C. white distilled vinegar
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 3/4 C. water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed, optional


How to Make It

  • Put the cucumber, onion and tomatoes in a bowl.
  • Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour in the bowl.
  • Give a good toss, cover and place in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
