Taco dip






What You'll Need


  • one lb ground beef
  • one small onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • one medium tomato, chopped
  • one small green pepper, chopped
  • two can sliced black olives (2 1/4 oz)
  • one (to taste) pepper
  • eight oz bottled taco sauce
  • one lb velveeta cheese, cubed


How to Make It

  • In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion until cooked through, sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  • Drain.
  • Add water, taco sauce and velveeta cheese to pan.
  • Hear over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
  • Stir in tomatoes, green pepper and olives.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.
