Stuffed Shells

What You'll Need

  • one Box Large Pasta Shells
  • one Cup Drained and Chopped Spinach
  • four oz Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • one Pint of Ricotta Cheese
  • one 8 oz package of Cream Cheese (softened)
  • one Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • one Egg
  • one Minced Green Onion
  • Topper: Marinara Sauce

How to Make It

  • Here’s how to put this amazing dish together
  • Cook the shells until tender…While shells are cooking combine rest of ingredients (except for the marinara sauce) Mix together well.
  • Remove shells from water and let cool then stuff with mixture placing them in a baking dish.
  • Cover the stuffed shells with Marinara sauce and top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes .
