S.O.S Shit On a Shingle






What You'll Need


  • 3/4-1 cup milk
  • two tablespoons flour
  • one lb lean ground beef
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Toast


How to Make It

  • Brown Ground Beef in skillet and drain.
  • Add milk and heat to boiling, reduce heat to simmer and add flour stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.)
  • Serve over your toast
