What You'll Need

  • two lbs ground beef, 2 t Soy sauce
  • one onion & 1 t garlic, chopped
  • one can rotel, 2 T. Italian seasoning
  • one t salt, pepper & garlic powder
  • two cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • three c water, 2 cans tomato sauce

How to Make It

  • In a Dutch oven, saute ground beef, drain, add onions & garlic; saute till tender, Add all remaining ingredients; except macaroni, stir well, bring to a boil, reduce to medium, Cover w/lid, cook 20 minutes. Add macaroni, stir occasionally, simmer additional 20 minutes.
